Sure, we have professional shipping department and reliable forwarders with long-term cooperation, so we can provide shipping service like DDP air or DDP sea service for our customers;
The shipping cost by sea is the most economic way, we’ll further check with more forwarders about the freight cost and get back to you. BTW, when do you need to receive the goods? Because some shipping lines that may be cheaper, but the shipping time will be longer. Is that workable for you?
Normally our other customers will order pre-production samples before the mass goods. After you approve the pre-production samples, we will produce according to the pre-production samples. During the production process, we will have internal QC to check the raw materials/printing color/surface treatment/product structure/packaging. After the completion of production, you can arrange a third-party inspection company to inspect the goods to ensure that the quality of the mass goods is consistent with the pre-production sample you have approved.

Yes, we can provide our internal inspection report before delivery. But if you need inspection report of 3rd party, you’ll need to pay for the inspection cost. Hope you can understand.

Generally speaking, we recommend using TT for first-time cooperation. If LC is a must, 30% deposit TT + balance LC at sight is requested. We don’t recommend doing DP.

The sample cost is high due to the set up cost of printing and molding. In order to provide the high quality sample which can be same as mass production, the procedure of the custom sample will be almost the same as bulk, we’ll need to printing with the offset printing machine, it’s very big machine and the set up cost of the printing machine is very high. Please contact me, i will find the photo of our printing machine as attached for your reference.
If you want to lower the sample cost, we can also offer the digital samples for your approval. But the color might be a little difference in mass production because the printing method is different. The sample cost for digital sample is USD…, is it workable for you?
Yes we can provide you free white mock-up samples, but you’ll need to pay for the freight cost.
The sampling cost we offer is based on offset printing. Is there a possibility that the other supplier quoted you with digital printing? If you can accept digital printing, sampling fee can be **. There will be color difference compared with production as they are different printing technique.

1. You can try to collect the samples from us then you can find out the reasons by yourself.
2. Quicker Way: you can ask your supplier to send the samples to our forwarder’s warehouse (As our factory address would make them hesitated), I promise I will compare the samples in the fair way and give you the report.
